3 students at a time, 3 hours, 3 recipes!
Here is an example for the class I had this morning: a French traditional menu
(Starter) Icy Cucumber Soup
(Main dish) Steamed fish with a warm lemon sauce
(Dessert) Pear batter pudding with a chocolate sauce
Most of classes are in the morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Each student makes her recipe for a serving of 4 people.
At the end of class, the students share the lunch they have prepared: tasting is of the utmost importance when you are a cook!
I also give them printed recipes on laminated sheet to make it easier to use in a kitchen. Not only do they find the steps of the recipes but they also have lots of pictures of the ingredients, the products, the process and of the final dish also!
With each recipe, I try to give 3 variants. It means that at the end of the workshop, the domestic helpers who attended class have 3 recipes each coming with 3 variants: altogether it is 9 recipes! A long time before you get bored!
My recipes are simple cooking (though my friends say that my cuisine is a high standard one!). Good and delicious cooking doesn’t require to be a famous chef! A few tips, a bit of imagination, some creativity for the presentation of the plates and your meal looks fabulous!
So register your helper fast! I’ll be happy to welcome her in a nice home environment with lots of space and lots of joy!
