A French menu with an Asian twist…

Here are some pictures of this morning cooking class.

The students did a great job and they were very creative for the presentation of the plates: congratulations to all of you! They say that they loved what they tasted, including the sesame pork filet which is cooked with white wine…very unusual for Asian people indeed! But it’s true that it is absolutely delicious…have a look first…and maybe some day you can try!
